Instructions for uploading presentations and posters

Presentation Upload Guidelines
To ensure a seamless transition between presentations, all speakers are kindly requested to upload their materials (PDF or PPT/PPTX format) via a USB-stick to the session laptop no later than the break immediately preceding their scheduled session.

Online upload option
Alternatively, you may upload your presentation files in advance via our online portal:  http://vsf.fo/nmm2026

Upload Instructions:
1. Enter the email address associated with your abstract submission.
2. Request a password (Press "Forgot Password?"); you will have your password emailed to your inbox.
3. Log in and follow the instructions to upload your files.

Technical Limitations:
• Single file size limit: 250 MB
• Combined total limit (multiple files): 1 GB

Poster Specifications
The preferred dimensions for posters are 90 cm × 120 cm (width × height, portrait orientation). Each presenter will be allocated a designated poster board in the viewing area, equipped with magnetic hangers for mounting.
